Welcome to the SACETAS Learning Management System (learn.sacetas.com). These Terms of Service
(“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our LMS. By using our LMS, you agree to comply with and be
bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the SACETAS LMS, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and our
Privacy Policy. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the service.

2. Description of Service

The SACETAS LMS provides an online platform where students can enroll in courses, access learning
materials, and interact with instructors. Payments for course enrollments are processed through the
LMS.

3. User Accounts

  Student Accounts: Students can create an account, enroll in courses, make payments, and
  access course materials.
• Instructor Accounts: Instructors can log in to manage their courses, upload materials, and
  interact with students.
• Administrator Accounts: Admins can log in to view and manage all courses, user accounts, and
  payment information.

4. Course Enrollment and Payment

• All course enrollments are subject to availability.
• Payments must be made at the time of enrollment.
• SACETAS is not responsible for any disputes between students and instructors regarding course
  content or delivery.

5. User Conduct

Users agree to use the service only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Infringe on any third party's rights.
• Interfere with the operation of the LMS.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our service immediately, without prior notice,
for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

SACETAS is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting
from your use of the service.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting
the new Terms on this page.
